I liked everything about this hotel. The location was perfect for getting around Tokyo and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and bars on our doorstep. The staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful if we needed anything. Our room was clean and comfortable. Yes, the room was on the smaller size, but it's to be expected in Japan. There were two of us in a double room and we had no issues with space whatsoever. There is a lack of storage space for your belongings, but it wasn't an issue for us, even with all the stuff we had accumulated by the end of our trip. We didn't have any issues using the washers and dryers the whole two weeks we were there. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

This is my second time staying with the Sotetsu group and the staff are always so helpful and first time staying in the Annex building. Everything was exactly the same and it was a lot easier having laundry available closer. Location is great because you're not too in the city but you're also not too out of the city - really close to the imperial palace which is nice and figured out that the Chiyoda line can actually be easier to use to get to Tokyo station (if you don't want to change too much and prefer walking). The room is always super clean and tidy when you arrive and the pictures are accurate so I would definitely double check what room you're booking in ratio the amount of guests.

I visited Japan a couple of times before and never stayed with a Sotetsu Fresa or in Akasaka. But I had an amazing experience, exceeding my expectations.  Big room with its own small kitchen-like corner. Big bathroom for Japanese standards. Generally a big room if I compare it with what I experienced before.  Good offer of power outlets and light panel right at the bed. Also I felt that it was nice to be in the neighbouring building with less customer traffic. On top of that one of the staff helped me to get a package delivered to the hotel. They received it well and kept it secure for my pick-up, so this was a top notch service above the language barrier which was encountered well.

Great little hotel in Akasaka. You are literally across the road from Akasaka Station, which is ideal for public transport connections. The room was small, but this is typical of Tokyo hotels. It was absolutely fine for one person. The staff members were lovely, and one kind receptionist helped me take my luggage up to the room, as I had 2 x 23kg suitcases. The staff also helped me order a taxi to my hotel near Haneda airport, which came pretty much immediately. I originally didn't pay for breakfast but opted to upon arrival, as I needed a change from my combini breakfasts. All very simple to check-in. Great hotel and staff all around.

The location of this hotel was perfect! It is within walking distance to Roppongi, only two stops away from Shibuya and only ten to fifteen minutes away from the rest of central Tokyo. My partner and I stayed there for 11 nights (!) and we fit three big suitcases, a small suitcase and two backpacks just fine. As we were preparing to move into our new flat in the city, we also frequently went shopping for home goods like electronics, work clothes etc and they also fit. Laundry was very good. The amenities were plenty and the room and facilities were very clean. They also called a taxi for us and helped us with storing our luggage.
